Mechwarrior Advancement

I like the simplicity of the basic progression system; every 4 'mechs defeated, the Mechwarrior can reduce either his Gunnery or Piloting by one. unfortunately, this can be abused. For instance what if your Mechwarrior pilots a Griffin, and all the kills were Locusts and Wasps?

I use the following to help address this:

For every 240 tons of Battlemechs defeated, the Mechwarrior can reduce either his Gunnery or Piloting by one. Divide any Vehicle tonnage by 2 (round down).
