Gaming Paper is a small company that sells rolls of grid paper.
It looks and feels like wrapping paper and comes in roll that is 30 in wide by 12 ft long(hex or square) for 5 USD, so it's basically disposable. It can also be purchased in packs of 100 8.5 x 11 in sheets (15 USD).
It also comes in colors; generic white, blue for naval games, green for grasslands, black for space, and cobblestone for towns/fantasy.
The more expensive option is interlocking, dry-erase tiles. you get four sheets (double sided) of 8.5 x 11 for 15 usd. Realistically, not a bad deal at all.
