With the history and huge fanbase of Gundam, it should be no surprise that there are several rpg/combat games for this franchise - both official and home-brew.
As I find more, I will post them here. Feel free to post any that you find as well.
MS Gundam is someone's homebrew using the d20 system. I have not played it, but it seems mostly okay - for d20...
Mobile Suit Gundam Skirmish rules. Never tried these rules, but they look like a lot of thought went into them.
Gundam by Ironhands. They use a funk/cool dice system that I actually like.
Lancer: Gundam Wing. I know nothing about this one, but figured i would post it anyway.
